Registration Process

How do I book a class?

The fastest way would be to use our simplified booking form here. Once we have received your booking, we will be in touch with you through WhatsApp within 48 hours.

What are the types of classes available?

We have a wide variety of classes that we have classified into 4 categories:

Do you offer group classes?

No. All of our classes are conducted on a private basis. However, if you are looking to do a corporate event, drop us an email. We can make arrangements for that separately.

Network of Tutors/Teachers/Coaches

How are tutors/teachers/coaches being assigned?

Can I request for a specific tutor/teacher/coach?

Yes, but this comes at an additional cost, which we will inform you prior to making the arrangements. Do note that it also depends if they are able to meet the venue and schedule you provided.

Are your tutors/teachers/coaches qualified?

Yes, all of them are certified by the respective institutions and bodies. You can request for them to bring a copy of their certificate on the first class if you wish to verify it. We also gather regular feedback from students to ensure that all of them adhere to our high standards.

What if I am unsatisfied with the tutor/teacher/coach assigned?

We can arrange for a replacement for you at no additional cost should you feel that the tutor/teacher/coach is unsatisfactory after the first class.

Pricing and Payment

Is your platform free to use?

We charge a 10% booking fee on all successful bookings made. However, you can subscribe to our mailing list to receive a welcome code that waives off this booking fee.

What is your payment policy?

We collect the full payment within 3 days upon confirmation and before commencement of the first class. The payment can be made via PayNow or ATM/iBank transfer.

Classes

Where are the classes conducted?

They are usually conducted at your own home. However, if that is not possible, you can request it to be conducted somewhere else (depending on what type of class it is).

Can I postpone the class?

Yes, you can. However, request of postponing of classes have to be made and acknowledged at least 24 hours in advance of the class excluding special cases (e.g. medical emergencies).

A failure to make a postponement 24 hours in advance will result in the class being counted for.

What is the minimum commitment?

The minimum commitment is 1 month (4 classes). If you feel that the tutor/teacher/coach is not suitable after the first class, we can arrange for a replacement.
